The following license agreement applies to Stratis UI Pro and other products available on our website.

Overview

You are allowed to use Stratis UI Pro and other products for anything commercial, to produce client work, and create an unlimited number of client and personal projects such as websites and apps. All of this as long as you're not selling or distributing the products for free. You may also share the files with your team members so long as you've bought a Team or Enterprise license (the number of users depends on the license you bought). Sharing the files on a Single license is forbidden.

By purchasing or downloading Stratis UI, you are agreeing to the licensing agreement below.

You are allowed to:

  • You may create an End Product for a client.
  • You may create an End Product for personal or commercial use.
  • You may publish the item in your team library or share the files within your organization for participants only if you've bought the appropriate Team or Enterprise license. (Team and Enterprise license allows you you to give edit permissions to other team members of your company)

You are NOT allowed to:

  • You can't share the item link into the web or distribute (e.g. embed) with Figma public access.
  • You can't redistribute a modified or original Item with source files as a new product, in a tool or competing templates or other software frameworks.
  • You can't grant rights to the files or assets within the files (in original or modified form).
  • Share, distribute or publish the files or assets within the files online or with communities such as Figma.
  • You must not permit an end user of the End Product to extract the Item and use it separately from the End Product.
  • You can't publish the item in your team library or give edit permissions to other people if you bought the individual license.

We intend the files to be used on a good faith basis and not to be replicated and resold as competing UI kits and product templates. Free versions are available of out products for you to learn about their usage for your needs.

You are only able to share and provide  access to the files with your team members or other users only if you've bought a Team or Enterprise license. The number of licenses available to share depends on the license bought. If you need more license seats or wish to upgrade from a a single license to more, contact us at hello@stratisui.com and we can arrange a discounted rate derived from your current license.

Licensing Agreement

By purchasing Stratis UI Pro (including the free version)"Item") you are being granted a license to use this file for specific uses under certain conditions.

This license grants the user an ongoing, non-exclusive, worldwide license to utilize the digital work ("Item").

You are licensed to use purchased Item to create unlimited End Products for yourself or for your clients and the End Product may be sold, licensed, sub-licensed or freely distributed.

An end product is one of the following

For an Item that is a template, the End Product is a customized implementation of the Item. For example, the item is package of UI elements and the End Product is your unique finished web app design or mobile app.

You are allowed to:

  • You may create an End Product for a client.
  • You may create an End Product for personal or commercial use.
  • You may sell, license, sub-license or distributed and make any number of copies of the End Product.
  • You may combine the Item with other works and make a derivative work from it. The resulting works are subject to the terms of this license.
  • This is a 'multi-use' license, which means you may use an Item multiple times, in multiple projects.
  • You may publish the item in your team library or share the files within your organization for participants only if you've bought the Team, Enterprise license. Team and Enterprise license allows you you to give edit permissions to other team members of your company (depends on the license you bought): These licenses can give edit permissions to up to 5 or 12 editors, respectively. If you need more than 12 users, get in touch via hello@stratisui.com

You are NOT allowed to:

  • You can't share the item link into the web or distribute (e.g. embed) with Figma public access.
  • You can't place any of Item design files into the End Product as it is.
  • You can't redistribute the Item as stock, in a tool or template, or with source files. This includes using the Item to create a template or library for another platform or software (e.g. Shopify, Adobe XD, Webflow, HTML, CSS, React, Wordpress, Tailwind and similar platforms). You can't do this with an Item either on its own or bundled with other items, and even if you modify the Item.
  • You can't re-distribute or make available the Item as-is or with superficial modifications.
  • You must not permit an end user of the End Product to extract the Item and use it separately from the End Product.
  • You can't publish the item in your team library or give edit permissions to other people if you bought the individual license. Please purchase a team license if there is more than one person working on the file.

Examples of usage not allowed by the license:

  • Sharing or publishing files or assets within the files online or making them available publicly.
  • Sharing files or assets with other users that have not purchased a license.
  • Creating a Sketch or Adobe XD version of Stratis UI and making it available for free or for sale.
  • Creating a React, Vue, HTML, Bootstrap, or Tailwind version of Stratis UI and making it available for free or for sale.
  • Creating a UI kit, theme, template, design system, or starter kit using components, designs, assets, or templates from Stratis UI (even if modified) and making it available for free or for sale.
  • Creating a "app builder" or "website builder" that uses components, designs, assets, or templates from Stratis UI (even if modified).

Essentially, you can build anything you want as an End Product as long as its not another competing UI kit/template or product.

Enforcement

If the Licensor discovers a reason to believe the Customer has breached this agreement, the Licensor may terminate this agreement, and restrict the Licensor's ability to download Assets and source files. Upon termination, you must destroy the original and any copies of the Asset including any backup copies.

The copyright of Stratis UI is owned by Mogo Designs Pty Ltd. You are granted only the permissions described in this license; all other rights are reserved. These abilities do not limit the Licensor's ability to enforce this agreement in other ways, such as by taking legal action.

Limitation of liability

Mogo Designs Pty Ltd’s liability to you for costs, damages, or other losses arising from your use of the Stratis UI and other products including third-party claims against you — is limited to a refund of your purchase. Mogo Designs Pty Ltd may not be held liable for any consequential damages related to your use of Stratis Ui.

Extending the license

If you wish to extend your license to a one with more license seats available, please contact us at hello@stratisui.com with your current license details, (the email address you’ve purchased the license with) and the license name, or number of seats you want to upgrade to. We are also able to provide quotes for licenses larger than 15 users.

Refund policy

We understand that not every product might be the right fit. To avoid this we strongly advise you to look at the previews. What you see in the preview is what you get. Please make use of it and decide if it's for you or not. However, if for any reason, Stratis UI is not what you expected, we'll process the refund if you contact us within 30-days of purchase at hello@stratisui.com.

Please note we cannot issue a refund if your reason is you changed your mind after purchasing or decided not to use the file. If we issue a refund, you agree to delete all files within 24 hours and are not permitted to use Stratis UI in projects (including personal/non-commercial projects).

Disclaimer: We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you've previously purchased the product, requested a refund, and then re-purchased the product to access updates. We also refuse to issue refunds if it discovered that the product was used for End Products.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and will do out best to accommodate uncontrolled circumstances, however, a huge amount of effort has gone into this work and we are only asking that time and input to be respected.
